Figure 3 contradicts the Figure 1 and the prose in the paper

Hey guys and gals!
First of all, thank you for this huge work! There is no comparable source to find when one looks for Claude Code architecture.

Exactly therefore, I think, the Figure 3 issues I noticed should be fixed:

• the "output/progress" arrow is drawn in wrong direction and to wrong component
• the arrows between "Agent Loop" and "Compaction Pipeline" components are swapped

Further, I asked Claude Code with Opus 5(1m) to verify the entire figure against the official documentation and it confirmed the issues and found some more, see attached report: figure3-verification.md
