Running domainviz.py locally with pre-computed hmmscan

While trying to run main/website-glen/api/api/domainviz.py locally, it's not possible to use with sequences bigger than 5000 aa's. I'm aware that this is a limitation of querying hmm scan from ebi, that is reported here.

Is there a way to modify the script to use hmm scan results computed locally?

Also, in the README of this repo, the max seq length stated is 1005000, which I assume is a mistake.
