Dist areas for some courses are corrupted in database

Might have an effect on whether or not the course shows up or counts for particular distribution requirements, so good to get this fixed asap.

The course does seem to show up, and works for the most part as usual.

But it doesn't seem to be counting for any distribution area. So I guess it's being treated effectively as if it were blank.
That's not a terrible fallback, but yeah, we should figure out why this is happening.
