Modding difficulties on reload-II, Persona 3 reload Femc mod

Hello, I have been trying to use reload-II to edit my persona 3 reload.

I've recently moved computers due to some difficulties with my old one and as of trying to use the mod that I used last time, following the same installation progress and all. I have encountered a consistent issue, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the programs needed for it to work but nothing has fixed it. I am rather new to all of this so this might(hopefully) be a simple fix but all help would be appreciated
