Add Speed Controls for Visualizations

Add buttons or a slider to let users choose visualization speed (e.g., Slow, Medium, Fast).

Tasks:

• Add UI control (dropdown or slider).
• Adjust animation delay based on selection.
• Update README with screenshot of the new control.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Speed can be changed before running an algorithm.
• Visualization clearly runs slower/faster depending on setting.
