Proton VPN stuck on "Connecting" forever on Android 11 - all servers, all protocols
Hello,
I've been unable to connect to Proton VPN for a long time. The app stays on "Connecting" indefinitely on every server I try.
Device: Samsung Galaxy A40
Android: 11 / One UI 3.1
App: 5.18.75.0 from Play Store
Account: [planını yaz]
What I've tried:
- All protocols (WireGuard, Smart Protocol)
- Multiple servers in different countries
- Kill Switch on/off
- Reinstalled app, cleared cache/data
- Disabled Private DNS and IPv6
- Rebooted device
- Disabled antivirus (ESET)
Important: Other VPNs work fine on the same device and network. Windscribe connects successfully, Tor VPN beta also works. This is Proton VPN-specific.
Also: I tried to contact support via email and the in-app report form, but both are currently broken/down.
Any help would be appreciated!
