Yii support

[AJenbo]

I'm wondering if there is interest in having better Yii support, I'm not really familiar with the framework my self. I see that Yii3 is component based and has a low amount of magic which is nice. I would imagine that things like route navigation is where it would be most helpful.

@samdark is this something you have any thoughts on?

Yes. Would be great. There are aome aspects where it will be helpful:

1. View name navigation to template file and back.
2. DI container configs.
3. Route name to handler navigation and back.

I have added some basic Yii support with view and route support as well as a list of additional features that might make sens. 9267b28

Let me know how it works out.
