although, I'm not the developer, can you create a browser recording for this issue.
(more) Tools -> Developer Tools
at top should be 2 important seetings, on the far left, the record button and more in the middle, "disable cache". Activate the last before recording the issue.
And after that download the HAR file for better investigations.
