Setup ability to run JDBC tests in testcontainers env

Problem:
Current setup requires local installations of all databases like MariaDB, MySQL, ... to run test against real DBMS

Proposed:
Use docker images for DB via testcontainers so that on devices with installed Docker daemon tests can be run with 1 button / no additional setup
