Automated Tests

Added 4 tests verifying that the original error is included in every log path: the IDBObjectStore invalid data alert, the no-evictable-keys alert and quota log, the quota log when getDatabaseSize itself fails, and the eviction info log with its quota log.

Manual Tests

1. Go to Chrome DevTools -> Application -> Storage -> check 'Simulate custom storage quota' and set it to 1mb
2. Perform some actions in the app
3. You should get an error in the console with 'Error: ...' part
