file encoding changed from UTF-8 to UTF8-with-BOM

When i try to change an existing file with only UTF-8 encoding, after one or more changes, when i save the file that convert it with UTF8-with-BOM enconding. I tried to search for settings related to this topic, but I didn't find anything.
What can I do?

Hi Carlo, the problem is solved; it no longer occurs. However, I've noticed that sometimes when closing the program I get this error: <img width="497" height="168" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/bf7b1430-8062-4e00-9bd4-20c66c50fa59" /> But I don't know if it's a problem on my company PC, related to some policy or to this tool.
