Add git-lfs to docker(s)

Add installation of the git-lfs to dockers to easily access simulation resources from other repos. 

Installation: 

```
curl -s https://packagecloud.io/install/repositories/github/git-lfs/script.deb.sh | sudo bash
sudo apt-get install git-lfs
```
