[BUG] Update apps doesnt work

When we start the app, it will show that there is an update to our apps and when we click on the update button, it first asks us to enter our sudo password and displays notification that, it is updating.

But if we close the app after installing all the updates and reopen it, the app again displays the same apps for updating.

The apps which I was trying to update were from flatpaks and native rpm packages. The apps were Flatseal and Brave browser.

To help us track down exactly why these apps are failing to install their updates in the background,
could you please provide a little more detail? We want to reproduce this on our end.

Could you answer a few quick questions regarding your setup?

1. Success vs Error State: After you entered your sudo password and the update process finished, did
   the CleanMyLinux UI explicitly show a green "Completed successfully" checkmark, or did you see an
   error badge before closing the app?
2. Terminal DNF Check: If you open your terminal and manually run sudo dnf upgrade --refresh -y
   brave-browser , does it successfully update the browser, or does it say "Nothing to do"?
3. Flatpak Installation Type: Are your Flatpaks (like Flatseal) installed at the user level or
   system level? You can check this by running flatpak list --app -d in your terminal and looking at
   the "Installation" column.
4. Manual Flatpak Check: If you leave CleanMyLinux open (while it shows Flatseal needs an update)
   and run flatpak update com.github.tchx84.Flatseal in your terminal, does it prompt for a password
   and update successfully, or does it throw an error?
5. App Restart: When you say the apps reappeared after you reopened CleanMyLinux—did you completely
   quit the CleanMyLinux background process, or just close the window and reopen it?

Could you please try it again and let me know if this solves your issue or not? It works properly on my device, so I’m not completely sure why the previous issue occurred on your system. However, I tried to predict some possible causes and added fixes for them in this update.

Please test it again and send me a small report about whether the issue is fixed or still happening.

I had updated to the latest version.

Despite that, no features are still working. Even the manage apps feature shows it is uninstalling, but I can still open the apps that are uninstalled.

Could you add a deep logging feature to the app for easy logging?
