I noticed that one of the wells didn't perform the upper limit cutoff (set at 5 df/f) for a trace that was above 80 df/f. When looking at the average of 17 neurons for that specific well, I noticed that huge trace was still present, but after averaging it with the other 16 neurons, the peak of the trace was under 5 df/f (which made me think if the cutoff was happening on the average or per trace). See images below of the average trace of the well vs the one single trace within that well. (This well had no activity, so i dont expect to see any activity) Thanks :)
